What if I'm not doing enough? What if I'm not enough?

Young people feel more stressed out than ever before. You don't have to go it alone.

Flourish is a therapy practice dedicated to teens and young adults. High school, college, and graduate school can be filled with high-stakes decisions about school or career. You may be looking to gain confidence, to find a sense of belonging, to love your body, or to awaken inner calm and peace.

Using science-based skills, empathy, and humor, I'll stand shoulder-to-shoulder with you to help you on the path towards emotional wellness. By helping you get to know yourself better, we'll make sure that you have the right tools that meet your needs so that you can flourish.

Issues I treat:

Tears after the text fight. Being left on read. Having too much work on your plate but skipping dinner. The "what ifs" about the future. Worrying about eating right. Despair after the bad date.  Panic before the big test. Wanting the paper to be perfect but feeling frozen. Heart break when you get ghosted (again). FOMO when you check Instagram.
